Our positioning
IA² Automations & Consulting occupies the space between strategy consulting and technical implementation. We are not a software vendor, a marketing agency or a generic AI tools provider. We are a consulting firm that designs, builds and implements automation systems around your actual business processes.
Our engagements start with a diagnostic: mapping current workflows, identifying friction points, evaluating available data and defining clear success criteria. Technology comes after process clarity — not before.
What we do
We work with companies that have recurring commercial and operational processes that are currently handled manually, inconsistently or across disconnected systems. Our role is to design automation that reduces friction, improves visibility and keeps your team in control of important decisions.

Our approach

The majority of our engagements are conducted remotely. On-site work can be arranged when the project requires it.
